When will my order be shipped?​
Orders are shipped as swiftly as possible, within 2 business days at most. If a delay occurs, I will always touch base with my customers to let them know the status of their order.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate of $10.95 for all orders, and is sent by Australia Post. A shipping confirmation with tracking is sent to your email once dispatched. Please check spam folders if your email doesn't land in your inbox. Orders of $150 or more enjoy free shipping.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently the website system is not set up for international orders. However, if the international demand continues to grow, I will look to amending this. Overseas friends are welcome to email me at marymoonsapothecary@gmail.com.

What is your returns/refunds policy?
To lodge a return request, please email marymoonsapothecary@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your items. Return shipping is covered if we i) made an error with your order, or you ii) received a defective product. Please note for hygiene purposes we cannot accept returns on items that have been used.
